5g LASSE LAKRITS powder (liquorice root extract)
Melt the butter and stir in the sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead everything. Then roll out on a greased sheet, about 30 × 30 cm. Flour the dough and roll well. Bake at 175 ° C for 10 minutes.
Cut into rhombuses while still warm. Mix the glaze with black paint and a pinch of licorice powder and then enjoy.
LASSE LAKRITS pure powder can be sprinkled on a wide range of foods through a fine sieve to give them a special note, for example strong raw milk cheese, goat cream cheese and desserts with vanilla such as ice cream or pudding
The LASSE LAKRITS salt mill can be used to season a wide variety of dishes, such as: milk foam on cappuccino or cocoa, in salad dressings with balsamic vinegar, with meat and fish, with dishes with fennel or caraway.
Heat the shredded sticks together with the pure powder in a saucepan in water at medium temperature and dissolve with stirring. Bring to the boil after adding the syrup and let simmer for a few more minutes. Now the syrup can cool down and be served or be stored cool in a sealable bottle.
It is ideal for spicing up desserts such as vanilla ice cream or lemon sorbet
First loosen the sticks of real LASSE LAKRITS in water over medium heat, then the sugar, stirring regularly. When liquorice and sugar have completely dissolved, add alcohol. Now let the liquid cool down, fill into sealable bottles and store in a cool place. Tip: Drain through a filter to sieve out undissolved pieces.
Salads are infinitely variable depending on the season and can be supplemented with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. A subtle liquorice note goes well with the dressing or on toasted pieces of bread.
Dressing: Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix with good olive oil and a teaspoon of mustard. Depending on the taste by adding e.g. Mild 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese. Then season with LASSE LAKRITS powder, salt and pepper, Voila!
